DESCRIPTION
Performed earthwork and underground utilities for Durotech for the construction of Crosby ISD High School and Cougar Stadium Renovation. High School earthwork consisted of approximate excavation and placement of 125,000 cubic yards of dirt, approximately 49,000 cubic yards of imported select fill for the building pad, and stabilization of almost 500,000 square feet of pavement. Earthwork also included an offsite detention pond and an outfall ditch at the end of Town Center Blvd. Utilities included almost 12,000 linear feet of storm sewer, over 8,000 linear feet of water lines, and over 5,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines. One of the highlights of the utilities on this project was the installation of the 84-inch reinforced concrete pipe outfall.
