DESCRIPTION
Performed earthwork for Bartlett Cocke for the construction of Texas State Technical College Phase 1. Phase one included the construction of the Industrial Technology Center building pad and parking areas, Graeber Road, and the detention pond to serve the entire site. The project had accumulative totals of 35 acres of clearing, approximately 130,000 cubic yards of excavation, and 220,000 square feet of pavement stabilization.
